At this time, Chef Robert does not own a chocolate shop or bakery. However, he will do custom wedding cakes. Additionally, he has been creating artwork which is on exhibit in Portland, ME. However, Chef Robert is known to be baking at home for his own joy :-)

What is Chef Robert's favorite Chocolate?

Still to this day, Chef Robert absolutely loves chocolate from Francois Pralus. It can sometimes be difficult to find, but chef thinks it is the best in the world! #francoispralus

Does Chef Robert have a favorite pastry shop?

In South Portland, Maine, he really enjoys Scratch Baking. The best Croissants are at BLVL in Portland, ME. However, his most favorite is Balthazar in SoHo, NYC. He's been known to drop an easy $50 on a "few" treats for the day!
